Leslie Drohan
Initially trained as an IBM-certified systems analyst, Leslie Drohan, Boldbrook’s founder and president, brings over 20 years’ experience as a senior level marketing professional to Boldbrook.

Leslie specializes in working with companies to help them identify their unique, differentiated means of solving their customers’ problems; develop clear, succinct key messages to communicate that differentiation to their target audiences; and then communicate those key messages in a compelling and effective manner.

Prior to establishing Boldbrook in 2001, Leslie served as vice president at one of the nation’s largest independent technology public relations firms. Earlier, Leslie was head of the corporate communications organization for The MathWorks, Inc., a developer of technical computing software for engineers and scientists, where she led the marketing communications, public relations, creative services and marketing operations functions.

Previously, Leslie held senior-level marketing communications and product marketing posts at companies including PADS Software (acquired by Mentor Graphics) a developer of printed circuit board design software and Inmac (acquired by Micro Warehouse), an international direct-response marketer of data communications products, computer hardware, software and accessories. She began her career with the New England Power Service Company (now National Grid), where she spent 10 years in a series of software engineering, market analysis and marketing assignments.

Leslie earned an MBA from Clark University as well as B.S. and B.S. Ed. degrees from Fitchburg State College. She holds the Certified Business Communicator designation from the Business Marketing Association.
